Does the branded email templates you provide include our branding?

Yes, our branded email templates are customized to include your company’s logo and branding when delivering headshots to attendees. This ensures a consistent and professional experience that aligns with your brand’s identity.

How soon will attendees get their photos?

Attendees will receive their headshots within 5 business days via email. This timeline gives us the opportunity to use the headshot delivery as a strategic follow-up, keeping your brand top of mind and driving post-event engagement.

Can I select my backdrop?

We will come with one solid colored backdrop of your choice. If you opt for a digital background, we will have 5 digital backgrounds for you to choose from (additional fees apply).

Do you schedule each person?

To ensure the highest participation rates, we don’t recommend scheduling. However, you can choose a branded scheduler add-on, which lets you schedule participants and send text message reminders. It's ideal for organizing VIP headshots that need to be completed.

How do you capture leads?

We capture leads by providing a fully customizable sign-up form that can be embedded on your website or used as a standalone form. We’ll work closely with you to ensure the form aligns with your branding and goals. Additionally, we’ll collaborate on any signage needed and help market the attendee sign-up process to maximize lead generation.

How much space do you need for the Headshot Activation?

We need a space of 10x15 feet to ensure there's enough room for our setup, equipment, and for attendees to comfortably pose for their photos.

Is this the Headshot Activation Booth white-labeled?

We offer complete white-labeling of our headshot booths.

Do you help design the booth?

We do not offer booth design services. However, we can collaborate with your design team or provide recommendations to ensure your booth complements the overall branding and event experience.
